The aim of the MFA Scholarships is to develop the human resources of the participating art institutes including College of Arts in Hue, Faculty of Fine Arts in Phnom Penh, and the National Faculty of Fine Arts in Vientiane. We encourage skillful art tutors and young graduated students who lack for a private funding to apply for a MFA scholarship. With a sufficient financial support, scholarship recipients are able to develop and strengthen their own art criticism, and generalize their new experience and knowledge to their home institution.
