Plan of work
1. The College of Arts in Hue will appoint a team which will organise a lacquer and/or silk workshop.

2. The College of Arts’ administrative team will plan the arrangements for the workshop. The plan should cover funding, flights, accommodations, per diem, translation, materials, workshop programmes, fees for coordinators, and so on.

3. The Thai art institutes (e.g., Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts in Mahasarakham, Faculty of Fine Arts in Chiang Mai, PSG in Bangkok) will discuss further which institute should host the graphic arts workshop.

4. The College of Art and a Thai art institute (to be confirmed) will send plans and funding requests to the secretariat by the 30th of September, 2006.

5. Agreement from the RF to these plans should be obtained by the 30th of November, 2006. The secretariat will transfer the requested budget to the host institutes three months prior to the workshop.

6. During the course of each workshop, the host institutes should collect feedback from participants to forward to the secretariat.

7. The host institutes should submit a financial accounting and a report, along with visual documentation (printed or digital), to the secretariat.
