Plan of work
1. Participating art institutes which are interested in organising an art camp should submit a proposal explaining how the camp is to be realized.
The following information should be provided:
A: The location of the camp
B: Accommodations
C: Programme schedule
D: Travel and transportation (train and bus only)
E: Fees for coordinators
F: Communications
G: Insurance
H: Fees
I: Date and month
J: Budget

2. No per diem for campers is required, but food, snacks, and refreshments will be necessary. Proposals for the first art camp should arrive at the secretariat by the 30th of September, 2006. Proposals for the second camp should be received by the 30th of September, 2007.

3. Plans for the first art camp will be finalised by representatives from the RF and the administrator by the 30th of November, 2006. Plans for the second camp should be ready by the 30th of November, 2007.

4. The host institutes should submit a financial report and two copies of a descriptive report, including visual documentation of the camp, within 30 days of the completion of activities. The secretariat will keep one copy and will forward another to the RF.

5. The host institutes will collect feedback from participating students and will forward them to the secretariat.
